Sweets

No meal is complete without dessert. A cake is a type of food that gives the final touch at the end of the meal to make perfect. The origin of the concept is really interesting. The term "Sweets" is from Old French term "derivatives" desservir, clean the table means. Normally the food is sweet desserts. Some cakes have different flavors like cheese. The tendency to have dessert after a meal is relatively new in Western culture. If weback in time to see us, it was always a tradition, nuts and fruits have a meal. Gradually transformed into deserts. But dessert was relatively new addition to the list. Common types of deserts pudding, fruit, puddings, biscuits, cookies, cakes, pastries, ice cream, cakes, jellies, cakes, sorbets, soufflés, meringues, pastries and snacks, and more.

Before the development of sugar in the 19th Century, sweet used to be out of reachfor the middle class. It 'was a rare treat delicacy. A sweet dish in the meal was a note of the nobility of that time. After the sugar industry was mechanized sugar was cheaper. And as a result, gradually a permanent place in full swing-down menu. In some foods, dessert is not used as a separate section at the end the meal. In this kitchen, sweet foods are eaten during the meal. In some cultures, the cake is not a part of the meal. They are specifically reservedfor some special occasions. The desserts are often eaten as a meal alone at some point after the meal. But obviously that is, if the setting has an informal tone. Being American in concept, not a meal followed by a sweet dessert. Whether it shakes or other beverages, there are many restaurants that specialize in desserts.
